User Content & Sovereignty
You are solely responsible for any content you submit to the Services, including but not limited to text, images, audio, and video (collectively, "User Content").
You agree that you will not submit any User Content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, hateful, racially or ethnically offensive, or otherwise objectionable.
A!Kat ai upholds direct client sovereignty: your private memory vaults, local chat archives, and generation outputs remain your sole property.

Intellectual Property Rights
A!Kat ai owns all intellectual property rights, including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, and patents, in and to the A!Kat platform architecture, software frameworks, and proprietary branding.
For commissioned builds, the user retains perpetual operational rights to their bespoke configuration files. For Guest OC inductees, contributing artists retain 100% full copyright and commercial ownership of their original character designs and artwork.

Third-Party Foundation Services
The Services interface directly with third-party foundation models and API providers (including Google Gemini and Google Cloud). A!Kat ai maintains no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the independent availability, uptime, pricing adjustments, or content policies of third-party API providers.

Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Michigan, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions.

Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved by binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall be conducted in Grand Rapids, Michigan, USA.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and A!Kat ai concerning your access to and use of the Services.

Amendments
