User Content
You are solely responsible for any content you submit to the Services, including but not limited to text, images, audio, and video (collectively, "User Content").
You agree that you will not submit any User Content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, hateful, racially or ethnically offensive, or otherwise objectionable.

Intellectual Property Rights
A!Kat ai owns all intellectual property rights, including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, and patents, in and to the A!Kats, the Services, and any content provided as part of the Services.
Users are prohibited from reproducing, copying, distributing, transmitting, broadcasting, displaying, selling, licensing, or otherwise exploiting any content provided as part of the Services, except as expressly permitted by A!Kat ai.
The user retains all rights, title, and interest in and to their User Content. However, the user grants A!Kat ai a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display the User Content in connection with the Services.
The user represents and warrants that they own all rights to their User Content or have obtained all necessary licenses and permissions to grant A!Kat ai the rights described above.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Michigan, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions.
